Fees and Insurance

Group & Individual Health Insurance
The Centers are private clinics approved for third party payment of mandated and major medical benefits. Services are generally covered through group and individual health insurance policies. In the state of Wisconsin, most standard health insurance policies provide for the treatment of mental/emotional disorders and drug/alcohol abuse problems on an outpatient basis. While the patient is responsible for payment of provided services, we will assist the patient in filing claims with insurance carriers for covered procedures.
